• Fire Mitigation: This is the process of removing and/or pruning plant material that exists too close to homes so that owners may reduce the risk of their house being destroyed in the event of a forest fire.

• Winter Watering: This process is becoming more of a necessity due to our drought conditions over the past five years. It is very important to protect the costly investment of trees and shrubs.

Turf Maintenance Division

• Fertilization: Fertilizing within our Turf Program will provide the turf with the necessary nutrition for the year with minimal amount of applications. This is accomplished through the use of quality slow release fertilizers and applications timing.

• Weed Control: The Weed Control combines the use of pre-emergent weed control with a post-emergent program that utilizes a rotation program so that resistance and over use of an herbicide are minimized.

• Aeration: Aerating provides many benefits, such as enhancing water infiltration to the root zone, reduction of evaporation and pooling, reducing soil compaction, stimulating root growth, and providing passage for fertilization and nutrients to the root zone.
